The original wording in the AFM historical table is “Kickapoo Indian - U.S. citizen.” (PL 97-429). Under 25 U.S.C. 1300b-13(c), upon application by members of the Texas Band of Kickapoo, “citizenship shall promptly be granted”. This is a citizenship record, not a green card (LPR) category, and is therefore not included in the green card code directory.
